The buttons in YWD's Catalog/E-comm tool are now much cooler. They display gradients, rounded corners and other CSS3 festures, while still looking great on older browsers like Internet Explorer 8.
Choosing a button style
In order to keep the buttons consistent throughout a website, the same style that's used for regular forms is also applied to the Catalog/E-comm tool.
The style of submit buttons is selected in a single place in YWD Designer, under Tools / Forms manager / Fields & buttons. There are several colours to choose from: black, white, grey, blue and red. You can also specify a different font size for the text labels that are placed inside the buttons, and the buttons themselves will resize accordingly.
Displaying e-commerce icons
You can instruct YWD to include icons in the buttons. They'll appear to beside the labels, as in the example to your right. This option can be found in Tools / Catalog / Buttons.
New YWD websites will have that option set to "yes" automatically, whereas for existing websites you can do that at any time.
