This time I'm trying something different. I'm listing the most popular tweets during this past week according to Hootsuite summary stats. The most popular tweets are about marketing your site in the internet, the one exception is the launch of new YWD site for Apeteco, a bar in Mendoza Argentina.

I keep on hearing that websites are on the way out -> 7 Reasons Replacing a Website With Social Media Is Stupid
This a topic that frustrates me because I hear it all the time. Yes, you can have something on one (or more) of many free services in the internet, but none can replace your own site. With your own site you control your own domain, your branding and content. More importantly, your site becomes the central hub to your social marketing efforts.

Once again @paulchato in his blunt style getting to the point -> Further to: Marketing is about respecting your audience

Our own @PaulChato -> #Marketing is respecting who you're pitching to
A two part post by Paul Chato on how the marketing world is changing. More than ever the customer has the reins of the relationship with your business, and they deserve all the respect you can give them.

Very usefull -> 17 Must-Have Mobile And Web Apps For Entrepreneurs
If you own a smart phone, you know how useful apps can be. This a very good list, I personally use a few of them.

Are you going to use it on your site? It will be available on YWD -> Google +1 for Websites Nears Launch
We all know about the failed attempts into the social media space by Google. But with Google +1 I think this time they are going to be successful. It is proven that people love to share content with the people they know.

New site on YWD, all the way from Mendoza Argentina: apeteco
This is proof that YWD has no borders and all types of businesses from different parts of the world see the benefits of using YWD as their site platform. For this Argentinian client, this is their sixth site (metroshow.net), and they are a great example of how you can integrate YWD sites with Facebook.

Did you know YWD can help you with all this? -> Social Media Small Business Plan
This is a must read for all small businesses that are planning or doing social media. And I would like to point out (again) that YWD can help with all aspects of your social media campaign.
Next Friday I'll have another round up, in the meantime you can follow me @ywd or on facebook |
