OK, that shouldn't come as a surprise to anybody, considering that YWD is a website design creation and management platform. But the thing is we've been really busy lately and simply didn't have enough time to devote to our own public website. With this change we've made the 'Signup' and 'Try' buttons really prominent and above the fold – no one can't miss them now! – and also removed a content slider we had there.
We hope the overall result is a page that's visually cleaner, faster to load and more straight to the point. And of course, if you're not a YWD user you can signup or try it at any time (what else is new?)
The good thing about YWD is that we can measure the results by the number of signups and trials the website generates, and by looking at the stats from Google Analytics. So if the changes don't work, it's very easy to modify the website again.
